Do you know what’s the difference between size 37 shoes and size 38 shoes? They are only less than an inch different, but for shoemaker, that little different determine a good lot from bad one.

Making shoes is a complex process. There are tens of different parts stitched and glued together. The challenge is some items look so similar to one another. When size-37 shoe tongues are accidentally mixed in size-38 shoe tongues, there is no other way to differentiate them but by measuring each one. Unfortunately, that human error is not rare.

At the same time, as every tailor tap every time they get new shoe part, the number of their production is automatically counted. The data is sent to management, who are now easily track the productivity of every tailor and reward these high-performers accordingly. Validating the authenticity of cards as well as the identity of cardholders was a challenge, and it strained busy medics who were already occupied by the sheer number of patients.
